刑事诉讼法第七条及其确立的原则存在以下问题 :忽略了劳动改造机关的作用 ,易引发各部门规章的不协调 ,对“互相配合”的提法不妥 ,易弱化人民检察院的法律监督权 ,未反映“制约”的有序性等。因而 。
