摘要
沥青的聚合物改性方法分物理共混和化学共混。本文介绍沥青的聚合物反应改性的化学基础和各种改性反应。热塑性弹性体SBS反应改性所得路用改性沥青的性能优良。我国以该反应改性技术建设的 5万吨 /年改性沥青生产装置即将投入生产。
A new process based on reaction between asphalt and block copolymer of styrene and butadiene for manufacturing polymer modified asphalt for pavement is presented. Among the reactions between polymers and asphalt there are vulcanization (crosslinking reaction), reaction of functional groups on copolymer or grafting polymer with special groups on asphaltene and acidification, these reactions have been used for modification of asphalt. Good comprehensive performance of the polymer modified asphalt for paving was achieved by the reaction modification. A plant for manufacturing the polymer modified asphalt based on the new technology will be completed in a few monthes in China.
