摘要
传统的交通出行行为模型 ,一般是建立在对现有数据调查的结果基础上的 ,但是对于一些尚未存在 ,以前也没有类似存在的无法直接观测的措施或影响因素无能为力 ,statedpreference方法是解决这一问题的有效途径之一。本文介绍了SP调查方法的原理 ,并以一次使用SP方法对香港私家车拥有量需求情况进行的调查过程为例 ,描述该方法在车辆拥有调查中的应用情况 ,根据调查结果对模型进行了标定 ,将其结果与香港交通模型接口 。
Based on SP survey of car ownership demand in Hong Kong, this paper introduced the Stated Preference Survey method and described its application in vehicle ownership study. Some models are calibrated on the basis of the data in SP survey to estimate the influence of fiscal factors on car ownership, which can also be used to evaluate the level of some fiscal measures to keep the total car numbers in Hong Kong at fit levels.
