摘要
本文研究了在亚硝基R盐存在下,银取代亚铁氰化钠的显色反应。研究表明,显色适宜酸度pH=4和pH=6,络合物最大吸收波长为620nm,银含量在0—100μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。此方法可用于一般地质样品中微量银的测定。
Replacing ehromogenic reaction of sodium ferrocyanide with chro-mogenic reaction of silver in the presense of nitroso-R-salt was investigated in this paper. It showed that the suitable ph value for chromogen was 4 and 6, the maximun absorption wavelength was 620nm and the silver content was within the range of 0-100μg/250ml, thus conforming Beer's Law. This method can be used to determine microamount silver in geological samples.
