为了揭示船舶碰撞危险度 ,提出了时间碰撞危险度与空间碰撞危险度概念 ,定义了时间碰撞危险度 ,在综合考虑各种对时间碰撞危险度影响因素前提下 ,根据刺激 -感应理论建立了时间碰撞危险度模型 ,给出了时间碰撞危险度的物理意义 .

For the purpose of revealing the collision risk between ships, the concepts of time collision risk (TCR) and space collision risk (SCR) are proposed and the definition of TCR is given in this paper. On the basis of considering the factors affecting TCR and stimulus sensation theory, the model of TCR is established and the physical meaning of TCR is given. It is a reference to research on collision risk between ships.
