摘要
研究了服务水平的划分标准及服务交通量的确定原理与方法 ,并依据有关因素对通行能力影响机理进行分析 ,揭示了折减系数的物理含义 ,修正了纵坡折减系数的表示方式。该内容对完善交通工程学基础 ,改进通行能力分析方法和指导通行能力手册编制有重要的理论意义和实用价值。
In this paper, the standards for classifying level of service(LOS) are analyzed comprehensively, and the principles and methods for determination of service traffic volume are investigated systematially. At the same time, the physical implication of the reduction factors is brought to light and the expression modes of the reduction factors are revised in longitudinal slopes according to the analysis of some influence factors on the capacity. The above research contents are valuable to the perfection of traffic engineering, the bettering of the methods of capacity analysis and the guidance for compiling Highway Capacity Manual.
