Via analysis of the current operation status of the Russia crude oil tank car which cross China's border and adopt the solution of changing to China's bogie, this article brings forward the thoughts of enlarging capacity and the forecast of development for international transshipment in Erlian station with this solution. It also illustrates this solution has a value of reference and generalization for extending railway transportation and raising economic benefit.
