铁道部客票中心系统的设计与关键技术的实现

该文介绍了铁道部客票中心系统结构和功能设计 ,对骨干广域网的设计与实施、基础数据一致性解决方案、营销分析系统的实现、系统安全管理以及综合业务管理等关键技术进行了分析论述 ,并介绍了系统建设实施的情况。铁道部与地区中心间的主干网 ,实现了 2M专线、X 2 5、PSTN专线 3种通信方式自动备份与自动恢复 ;采用复制服务器的技术方案 ,实现了分布式数据库条件下全路基础数据的同步一致 ;应用数据仓库理论和OLAP工具 ,研制开发了客票营销分析系统 ,提供了客运指挥的决策支持 ;引进系统与安全管理软件 ,加强对客票系统网络、操作系统、数据库和应用的监控和管理 ;利用自行开发的交易连接管理和数据库通信中间件 ,实现了交易的转发以及生产数据在三级数据库间的可靠传输。上述关键技术的解决 ,使铁道部客票中心已成为全路客票系统的基础数据管理中心、客票发售的指挥中心、联网运行的网络中心、生产数据的分析中心、系统运行与安全的监控中心 。

This paper introduces the configuration and functions of Ticketing Center system of Ministry of Railways and analyzes some key technologies such as the backbone WAN design and execution, solution of basic data consistency, marketing analysis system, system safety and comprehensive business management. This paper also introduces the execution of system building. MOR is connected to Regional Centers through dedicated network, and the three modes of 2M, X 25 and PSTN communications can switch automatically. The application of replication server ensures the consistency of basic data in 24 Regional centers and all stations. The system also utilizes data bank theory and OLAP tools to develop the passenger ticket marketing analysis system.It provides the decision making support. We introduce the system soft and safety management software to strengthen the supervision and management of the system network,operating system,database and their application. We develope the middle ware products CTMS (Connection and Transaction Management System) and DBCS (Data Base Communication System) all by ourselves and realized transaction relay and many kinds of data exchanges at all levels of the database. The MOR Ticketing Center system has become the center of basic data management, tickets distribution network management, data analysis, and operation control for the Chinese railway passenger ticketing system. It supports the on line ticketing system which sells tickets for the whole railway system at different stations.
