摘要
采用HW—TMB络合吸附富集、孔雀石绿分光光度法测定浓度0.8-94ppb的模拟水样中金的富集回收率,研究富集条件和一些干扰因素,并对天然水样作初步分析。结果表明,实验条件下金的回收率为90—99%,天然水样中的加标准回收率为89%,相对偏差为±12%。
The concentration and analysis of 0.8-94 ppb gold in model water by HW-TMB complex-adsorption and malachite green colormetric method were studied in this paper.The concentrating conditions and some affecting factors were investigated. Some natural waters were analyzed too.Results showed that in test conditions, the recovery of gold is 90-99%, the recovery of gold added in natural water is 89% and the relative error is ±12%.
