大型钢箱梁焊接收缩变形及其控制 被引量:19

摘要 大跨度索支撑结构(悬索桥和斜拉桥)的全焊大型钢箱梁制造的几何精度控制主要取决于组装精度和焊接变形的控制,复杂结构的焊接变形控制是非常困难的。在此,重点介绍南京二桥钢箱梁的结构特点和主要焊缝焊接收缩变形的测试结果,通过统计分析建立经验公式,并提出钢箱梁焊接变形的控制方法。 The geometrical precision of the flat steel box girder used as the stiffening beam of the suspension and cable-stayed bridge is mainly determined by the assembly precision and the welding deformation control. It is very difficult to control the welding deformation of the complicated structure. In this paper the structural characteristics of steel box girder used in the Second Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge and the test results of the welding deformation of its main welding seams are introduced. On the basis of these results the empirical formula is founded through statistics and analysis. The systematical measures of welding deformation control are presented summarily in this paper.
