摘要
论述高层建筑结构用钢板的特殊要求、技术保证措施和标准，客观地评价钢板实物质量水平，并提出推广应用我国高层建筑结构用钢板专用标准及进一步研究开发的设想和规划。
This article expounds the special requirements for the steel plate for high rise building structure, technology assurance measures and standard, objectively evaluates quality level of actual plate product and puts forward a tentative idea and a programme of using special standard for the steel plate for a high rise building structure of our country and furture research and development of such plate.
