摘要
介绍钻孔灌注桩胶囊注浆设计原理,施工工艺流程及扬州市南绕城公路京杭运河特大桥桥基试桩情况。首次在山西省原太高速公路推广使用桩底胶囊压力注浆,通过检测压浆桩承载力可达5155kN,合格率为100％。最后总结出15条施工经验体会。
This paper introduces the principle of drilled piles for pressure grouting of pile lip with capsule, the construction technological process and the situation of the especially big bridge on the Jing - Hang Canal in Yangzhou city. These drilled piles have been applied to Yuanping - Taiyuan Expressway for the first time. The tests on these drilled piles are up to standard. Lastly, learn from construction is prove to be suitable in many engineering projects.
