龙潭古镇的保护与发展──山地人居环境建设研究之二

Conservation and development in Longtan ancient town

龙潭古镇的保护与发展课题的研究，包括古镇建成环境的调查、保护与发展的规划及建筑空间的整合三个方面。该文在总结该课题的基础上，阐明了历史文化古镇的保护应是古镇山水格局、建筑空间形态和民俗生活风情等方面的全方位保护；新时期古镇的发展应立足于地域文化的再造和人居环境的建设两个方面；同时，认为古镇的经济、社会、文化和环境的可持续发展应是山地人居环境建设的主题思想。

The study of the conservation and development in Longtan ancient town embraces three aspects: conservation environment survey.conservation and development planning and architecture-spaces Integrity.Basedon summary of the study,this paper shows that the conservation of ancient-town should be a total conservation containning of the structure of mountains and rivers,the form of architecturespaces and the pattern of daily life,and that the development of today's ancient town should be based on re-build of local culture and construction of humanhabitat environment. Meanwhile,the paper also points out that the sustainable development of the ancient town is the main idea of mountain human-habitat environment construction,
