城市发展过程中城市重心的转移及交通方式的改变，使传统商业中心开始出现社会、经济、文化的全面危机。该文以城市交通发展与传统商业中心区更新的内在关系为出发点，探讨城市交通建设给传统商业中心区发展带来的矛盾与解决方式。

Because of the transfering of urban focus and the change of traffic pattern,the traditional comercial district are faced with the crisis of society, economy and culture. Based on the study of the relations between the urban traffic d e v e l o p m e n t a n d t h e traditional comercial district renewal, this paper tries to summarize the problem of the u r b a n t r a f f i c a n d t h e traditional comercial district and seek the measure to solve the problem,
