既有铁路拓宽路堑石方近人爆破的设计与施工

摘要 确保既有线行车安全是铁路既有线路堑拓宽爆破施工首先要考虑的因素 ,通常采用的爆破方法需要大量的防护设施 ,耗费较大。本文介绍了蓝烟铁路复线路堑爆破中首次采用的新型、安全、高效的近人爆破方法。根据试爆资料确定了近人爆破施工中单位耗药量k″ =0 .5k′(k′为标准松动漏斗单耗 )的经验公式 ,提出了孔口单耗的新概念 ,以此为依据导出了爆破中孔口间距a、排距b、装药量q等参数计算公式。提出了利用爆破岩体自身设置三角形安全隔离带的方法 ,并对施工要点做了简要的介绍。 For detonating excavation to widen the existing railway line,the first consideration is on ensuring the safety of passing trains, and the typical approaches employ lots of protective installation at high cost. A new, safe and effective method is introduced, which has been practised on the cutting detonating construction of the Lan Yan double track railway line. Based on the data of trial detonation, a practical formula k ″=0.5 k ′(where k ′is unit explosive quantity of standard loosen filler) is set to calculate the unit explosive quantity in close detonation. And a new concept, explosive quantity for each hole, is presented to deduce such parameter formulas as hole spacing, row spacing and explosive quantity capacity. By employing the detonated rock itself an approach to installing the triangle safety isolation belt is showed, and the main points of the corresponding construction is briefly introduced as well.
