摘要
在考虑加热器热容量的条件下 ,求解了半无限大物体在边界被加热时的非稳态导热问题。在此基础上对传统的常功率平面热源法进行了改进 ,建立了改进的数学模型。提出了新的数据处理方法 ,根据改进的数学模型建立方程 ,求解试样的导热系数和导温系数。通过比较发现 ,由于避免了加热器热容量带来的系统误差 。
The problem of transient heat conduction in a semi infinite medium with the heat capacity of the heater on the boundary considered has been solved analytically . On this basis a new data processing method is presented, and the traditional plane source method is revised for measuring the thermal conductivity and diffusivity of insulating materials. Compared with the traditional plane source method the improved approach can obtain more accurate teste results in virtue of eliminating the system error caused by the heat capacity of the heater.
