摘要
根据场地的地质条件 ,优选出刚性桩复合地基做为 5万m3钢油罐基础的地基处理方案。在没有现行规范规定的情况下 ,参考《建筑地基处理规范》JGJ79— 91确定刚性桩复合地基的计算公式。通过计算和试桩确定桩直径、间距和桩身混凝土强度等级。每台罐基础布桩 1467根 ,经低应变检测优良率达 83%以上。油罐使用至今 ,地基稳定。刚性桩复合地基用于大型油罐基础的地基处理 ,投资省、工期短、技术可靠 。
Based on the geological conditions of the site, the composite foundation with rigid piles was selected for the foundation of 50,000m 3 steel oil container. Given that there are not suitable regulations in the existing codes for the issue above, the Code for Soil Improvement (JGJ79—91) is referred to. By calculating and site testing of the piles, the pile diametre, interval space, grade of the strength of concrete are given. 1467 piles are employed in each foundation. By the low strain test, the percentage of first rate is more than 83% among the tested piles. Hitherto, the foundation of the container keeps stability. For the soil improvement of giant steel oil container, the composite foundation with rigid pile shows such advantages as lower investment, reliable technique, better economical and environmental benifit.
