摘要
结合我国房地产业的发展 ,介绍了住宅及住宅小区智能化的内容以及发展前景。主要论述了智能住宅中通过家庭智能板实现对住宅内部进行的各种安全防范措施 :门磁、门禁系统 ,煤气泄漏探测系统 ,紧急求助系统等 ,以及在住宅小区智能化管理系统中实现小区电脑自动检测计量收费和安全防范 ,增加了现代化管理程度 。
According to development of China real estate trade, the paper introduces contents and development prospect of intelligence of residence and residencial housing estate. The paper mainly discusses that all kinds of safe and preventive measures are realized for residence interior by family intelligent panel in intelligent residence, such as door magnetism, entrance guard system, detection system of gas leak, system of emergency seeking help and so on. The paper also discusses that measuring charges and safe prevention by computer automatic detection is realized in intelligent management system of residencial housing estate.It increases modern management degree, ensures safety of person and property in housing estate.
