某工行营业厅续建改建的结构设计

Structure design of a continued and rebuilt business hall in an industrial bank

对一幢受条件限制的二层砖混结构营业厅的续建、改建工程进行了介绍 ,为不影响相邻建筑且保持立面与原营业厅风格一致 ,对承重山墙结构做了合适的连接及托换 ,且对新增柱基础也采用了合理的处理措施 ;现该工程已竣工一年 ,并投入正常使用 ,未出现裂缝 ,达到了预期效果 。

Two floor brick?concrete business hall restricted by condition is continued and rebuilt. In order not to affect adjacent buildings and keeping on elevation with style of old business hall, bearing head wall structure is done proper connection and underpinning. Rational treating measures are also adopted in new column foundation. This project is already completed one year, and is put into normal use, doesn't produce cracks, reaches desired effect, obtains good economic and social benefit.
