摘要 黄河公路大桥引桥部分采用 3 0m预应力混凝土箱梁。笔者就引桥的施工全过程 ,介绍了十分复杂的箱梁施工工艺和吊装各工序。从箱梁底模、钢模的制作 ,钢筋制作与绑扎 ,模板安装与拆除 ,孔道预留 ,混凝土工程 ,预应力钢丝张拉与锚固 ,预应力孔道灌浆到箱梁的吊装过程几方面均作了详细地叙述。因本工程采用多工种平行流水作业 ,且总体协调一致 。 Approach bridge of yellow river road bridge adopts 30m prestressed con crete box girder. On constructional all process of approach bridge, the author i ntroduces very complex constructional technology of box girder and all hoisting procedures. the paper elaborates manufacture of box girder basic framework and s teel framework, manufacture and binding of rebar, installation and removing of f ramework, prekeeping of ducts, concrete construction, tension and anchor of pres tressed steel wire, grouting of prestressed ducts and hoisting of box girder. Be cause this project adopts parallel flow process of multiple professions, the tot ality is fitting, constructional tasks can be finished on time, its quality can be guaranteed.
