在高压管道施工过程中 ,针对管道清洁度、焊缝质量、管道固定三个主要环节 ,采取了预先制做阀门与法兰短节组合、氩弧焊打底 ,手工焊盖面焊接方式 ;焊前对管材加热和焊接后退火处理方式 ,全过程分别对各工序管道内清洁度控制 ,精心调整管卡间隙等质量控制措施 ,确保了系统循环清洗 。
