The paper introduces risk factors of technical facto r, personnel factor, equipment factor, material factor and environment factor ca using risk accident of engineering project, points out that goal of risk managem ent is to avoid project risk by effective management, discusses the process of r isk management including risk discernment, risk analysis and evaluation, plan an d decision?making, carrying out decision and detection.
