摘要 应用效率工资是充分调动工人主动性、积极性和创造性的有效手段之一。笔者从国外效率工资的渊源入手 ,引入了效率工资的理论 ,其基本概念为“不对称信息” ,核心是偷懒模型。并应用理论与实例相结合的方法说明了效率工资在我国施工企业管理中所具有的借鉴意义 ,同时还提出要想把效率工资较好地应用到企业管理中应遵循的原则 。 Applying non?thirking salary is one of effective w ays of fully arousin g initiative, enthusiasm and creativeness. The author starts with the origin of foreign non?thirking salary, indrafts the theory of non?thirking salary. Its b as ic concept is 'asymmetric information'. Its core is a thirking model. The author applies the way of combining theory with practice, explains meaning for referen ce of non?thirking salary in China construction enterprises' management, at the same time puts forward that principle should be followed if non?thirking salar ywants to be better applied in enterprises' management, for this reason promotes development of enterprises.
