浅谈建设工程招投标

通过对招投标历史的回顾和目前我国招投标现状的分析 ,提出了建设工程应采取的招投标方式和程序 ;论述了招投标对工程造价的影响 ,陈述了招投标制存在的主要问题 ,同时指出国内还缺乏一套科学、先进、操作准确的评标办法 ,所以说 ,应该营造一个客观的、公正的建设市场 ,与国际惯例接轨 ,遵循价值规律 。

By reviewing the history of inviting and entering b ids and analysing t he status of those, the paper put forward taken ways and program of inviting and entering bids in construction and engineering, discusses effect of inviting and entering bids for engineering cost, states existing main problems in inviting a nd entering bids system, points out that home lacks a set of scientific, advance d and operation accurate evaluation of bid measures, so, we should construct an objective and just construction market. It is close to international practice, f ollows law of value, improves control system.
