The paper mainly analyses causes of four common wa terproofing phenome na of central air conditioning system in high buildings in the process of instal lation, test and use:1) fan?coil waterproofing itself;2) condensate plate o f fan?coil overflowing;3) pipe member and valve of pipe system waterproofing; 4) pipe dewfall causes waterproofing. The paper works out revelant technique me a sures, emphasizes that it can solve waterproofing problem of air conditioning sy stem if it is strict with construction according to constructional code, design demands and maintainance in the process of use.
