石太高速公路金良河大桥主拱施工技术

The constructional technology of Jinglianghe large bridge main arch in Shitai expressway

摘要 石太高速公路金良河连续箱型拱桥在不改变原设计拱轴系数、结构、受力条件及下部构造的原则下 ,由原设计无支架缆索吊装变更为以军用墩、军用梁作支架的现浇施工方案。通过对支架荷载验算及裸拱时水平力对桥墩的推力计算证明支架施工方案是可行的。通过实践并对其施工工艺总结证明该方案不仅可行 ,而且比原设计投资少 。 Continuous box type arch bridge is modified from th e old design of non ?support cable hoisting to cast?in?place construction plan of military pier, mil itary beam as support under the principle of arch axis coefficient, structure, mechanical condition and substructure of unchanged old design in Jinglianghe in Shitai expressway. It is proved practical by testing calculation of support loa d and thrust calculation of bridge pier affected by horizontal force in bare ar ch. And it's proved not only practical but also little investment and good benef it.
