摘要
通过实验研究了不同细度菱苦土对菱苦土制品性能的影响 ,并用扫描电镜对其水化产物的微观结构进行了分析 ;从菱苦土水化机理的角度 ,对细度不同的影响进行了初步探讨。结果表明 :菱苦土颗粒细磨后 ,提高了 5 1 8相的生成密度 ,使其彼此之间相互搭接更加紧密 ,从而提高了试体各龄期的强度 ,同时使制品的孔隙率降低 ,增加其耐水性能 ;有利于其与氯化镁水化反应完全 ,减少了多余氯化镁的含量 ,使制品吸水率降低 ,吸潮返卤现象得到明显改善。
The difference of the product's property induced by the fineness of magnesia was studied,and the mirostructure of hydration product was analysed by using SEM According to the hydrated feature of magnesium oxychioride cement,the influence of the fineness to the product was also illuminated
