唐菖蒲对铅、镉的吸收和利用 被引量:5

Pb^(2+) and Cd^(2+) Taken in and Gathered in Gladiolus Hybridus Hort

摘要 用不同浓度 (5 0~ 30 0mg/L)的Pb2 +、Cd2 +培养液培养唐菖蒲 ,发现唐菖蒲对Pb2 +的吸收积累作用明显大于对Cd2 +的吸收积累作用。其中当Pb2 +的浓度为 10 0mg/L时吸收积累量最大 ,低于或高于此浓度 ,吸收量均减少。Pb2 +在体内的积累与分布规律是根 >球茎 >叶。 When gladiolus hybridus hort was cultured in liquid culture in which there were different Pb 2+ and Cd 2+ concentrations,it was found that gladiolus hybridus hort.Took in and gathered Pb 2+ much more than Cd 2+ ,and must in 100mg/L Pb 2+ concentration.If gladiolus hybridus hort .being in a lower or higher concertrations than 100mg/L,Pb 2+ was much less taken in and gathered.Pb 2+ which was gathered ad lied in the plant was the most in root,more in corn and less in leaf.
