为解决现代化城市的交通问题 ,文中提出加快城市交通发展应遵循的 4个规律 :城市道路面积增长速度必须高于机动车辆增长速度规律 ;城市公共交通优先发展规律 ;城市公共交通方式与运营线网协调发展规律 ;

To solve the traffic problems during the construction period of modern cities, 4 rules must be followed. Rule 1: the increase of roads must faster than the increase of vehicles. Rule 2: public transit facilities must be the priority solution for the development. Rule 3: public transit facilities must develop evenly with the operation networks. Rule 4: the static transit facilities must develop simultaneously with the dynamic transit facilities.
