行政垄断与反垄断立法研究

新世纪的我国反垄断法 ,既要反对经济垄断 ,也要反对行政垄断 ;既要反对国内垄断 ,也要反对国际垄断。由于行政垄断仍然是阻碍我国市场经济发展的主要障碍 ,所以我国反垄断法的首要任务 ,就是要为有效制止行政垄断 。

The anti-monopoly law of China in the new century wants to object not only the economic monopoly but also the administrative monopoly, not only the domestic monopoly but also the international monopoly. And because the administrative monopoly has been the main obstacle to the development of market-economy of China, the first task of the anti-monopoly law of China is to prohibit the economic monopoly effectively and to construct a whole set of new system and structure that can be operated easily and successfully in this field. $$$$
