摘要
分析当前图书馆发展趋势和重庆工学院图书馆发展现状，提出了图书馆面向２１ 世纪发展建设的基本思路和措施。
By analysing the tendency for development and present state of CIT library, the article advances basic clues for thinking and measures for the establishment of 21st century-oriented libraries.
