摘要
通过对新形势下的高校图书馆馆藏建设的现状分析，提出了高校图书馆应制定合理的文献采访方针、改进传统的文献采访工作、提高文献采访人员素质等３ 方面的适应对策。
By analysing the current state of college.library stock under new situations,the article suggests that college libraries should make rational principles for document interview,improve the traditional acquisitioning and promote the quality of document reporters.
