摘要
以大连锅炉厂DZW4.2- 0.7/95/70- AⅡ型热水锅炉为例,对该锅炉平管板采用了有限元弹塑性分析,同时与人孔周边电测结果进行了比较,给出了管板上强度危险区域的范围及最大应力值。
Taking hot water boiler of DZW4.2-0.7/95/70-AII type made in Dalian Boiler Factory as an example. This paper made an elastic plastic analysis for boilder tubes and plates by using finite element. At the same time, the stresses in the man hole area are compared with resulting from the electric measuring method. The critical area and the maxmum stress value presented for the boiler plates. This analysis and the result gained provide a theoretical basis for the reasonable design of tube plates.
