在十二烷基磺酸钠存在下,试剂与镍离子的分光光度研究

摘要 本文研究了镍、7-(苯并噻唑-2-偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(简称ABQ),十二烷基磺酸钠(SLS)形成多元络合物的条件;拟定了利用此络合体系测定钢样中微量镍的方法,此法的ε=6.0×10∧-4,在pH4.90HAC-NaAC缓冲溶液中显色。样品测定结果较好。 The analytical, properties of the titled reagent have been reported. The conditions for the spectrophotometric determination of Ni using the reagent have been studied. The complex has masimum absorption at 600nm and the molar absorptivity is ε=6.0×10~4. The range of acidity is pH=4.4~5.3. Some samples have been determined with satisfactory results using this reagent.
