摘要
本文根据系统工程和化工计算的基本原理,应用自由度分析和序贯横块法对多种氨合成工段流程进行了系统分解和物料衡算,无需复杂的物热联解和全系统的迭代计算,程序简单,计算方便。对分解和计算中应注意的问题作了分析讨论。
According to the principle of systematic engineering and chemical engineering calculation and the applying of free degree analysis and order modeel lump method, the analysis and material balance calculation of ammonia synthesis system are described in the article, which does not need the united solution of material and energy balance and has a simple computer program and a convenient calculation. Some problems in the process are also discussed.
