摘要
下颌骨与颞下颌关节以及牙齿共同完成咀嚼功能,这些结构在口腔医学中占有重要地位,越来越多的研究指出,颞颌关节紊乱性病变的主要因素是关节受力超出了其适应能力。本文在回顾国内外有关文献的基础上,应用现代计算力学的方法,建立下颌骨及咀嚼肌的三维有限元力学模型,计算了各种咬情况下咀嚼肌及下颌骨的应力分布,得出当力方向发生变化时,关节负荷特征及其解剖的改变,从而获得颞颌关节紊乱的一系列参数值,为颞颌关节紊乱综合症的因素理论提供了可靠的力学依据。
The mastication function is accomplished by mandible temporomandibular joint and teeth. These stuctures are very important in the stomatologic fields. There is increasing speculation that a major factor in the degenerative changes found in the adapative capalsilities of the joint. In our study, a computer-aided three dimenrsional finite element model of human mandible and masticatory muscles was set up to calculate the stress distributions in the manbile and mastication mushes during every kind of occlusive conditions and to define the direction variations of bite force that after joint loading and anatomical characteristics. Our study may result in defining a series of Naarametcns that preolispose patients tothe development of temporomandibular joint problems. It applied a reliable mechanics foundition for the occlusive factor thory of the femporomandibulon joint disorders syndrome.
