摘要
本文设计了有实验根据的动可容速度场,获得了带齿杯形件镦挤过程变形力的上限解,然后利用优化的速度场建立坯料外形变化的数学模型,开发了基于上限法的ALPID程序在IBM PC/XT微机上进行模拟,所得结果与实验结果很吻合。
In this paper, the kinemafically admissible velocity field is determined by experimentally established flow pattern of deformation, the upper-bound solution of deformation force is obtainde, then the mathematic model for calculating fillet contour dimension is established by using optimal kinematically admissible velocity field. The ALPID program based on this UBA is developed and run on the microcomputer IBM PC/XT to simulate the cup-teethed workpiece forming processes. The simulated results are compared with the experimental measurements and fairly good agreement between them is found.
