可编程控制器与数控系统接口技术的应用

The Application of the Technology of Interface PC with NC System

探讨了Ｄ２０－ＣＣ型可编程控制器与ＭＴＣ－１Ｔ数控系统接口问题，结合霍尔元件的传感作用，设计了可编程控制器的硬件电路图，采用梯形图语言编制了相应的软件程序，实际应用于ＣＫ６１４０机床的控制，取得了较好的实用效果。

This paper made an approach to interface D20-CC with MTC-1T NC,anddesigned PC's hardware and software to relate the effect of Hall element using Ladder Diagram.Both PC's hardware and software actually succeeded in controlling CK6140 NC machine tool.
