Governmental Interference vs Free Management:the Three Stages

政府干预主义与经济自由主义两大思潮交替兴衰。西方国家一般在一个时期内 ,较长时间实行国家干预或自由经营政策 ,它们轮流坐庄 ,交替运用。并且 ,随着历史条件和经济周期的不断变化 ,二者的争论也增加了新的内容。选择政府干预还是自由经营的政策 ,要从国情出发 ,择其善者而从之 ,择其不善者而改之。

This paper probes into the three stages of alternative developement of free management and governmental interference in economy.It points out that the two policies occupy the field of economy alternatively for a considerably long period of time in western countries,and that the argument between the two policies acquires new ideas with the change of economic periods and history.Any country shall adopt the more suitable policy of economy in light of its national conditions.
