Reform the Way of Pricing to Reasonably Set the Project Cost

目前流行的计价方法———单价法存在不合理性 ,只有改革旧的造价管理体制 ,建立起以市场竞争形成价格为主的价格机制和与之配套的计价办法 ,才能合理确定工程造价 ,促使投资者和承包方自觉地接受并执行国家政策 ,从而为真正实现建设产品的商品化创造条件。

Through the analysis of the innate causes of the disagreements between investors and in contractors reasonably setting the project cost under the conditions of socialist market economy and the illustration of the prevailing pricing practice-unit price and its irrationality,this thesis argues that only by reforming the old cost managing system and establishing a price mechanism and a matching pricing system where prices are formed mainly in market competition can a national project cost be leached,And thus,the investors and contractors can be made to conscientiously accept and follow the state policies,which will certainly pave the way for real merchandization of products.
