摘要
文章建立了二维具有初始滚滑动接触疲劳表面斜裂纹的模型。利用该模型 ,通过使用基于蜕化奇异等参元和数值外插法的 K因子计算方法 ,分析了滚滑动接触工况下摩擦及油压对表面斜裂纹尖端应力强度因子 (SIF)的影响。讨论了摩擦力、裂纹尺寸等对裂纹扩展的影响 ,从而进一步证实了 Way的假设 (润滑油进入裂纹是引起点蚀的主要原因 )
A 2 D model of a surface initial lean crack has been developed. It is in this model that the influence of lubricant on stress intensity factors of surface initial fatigue lean crack in rolling/sliding contact has been analyzed through using the collapsed 8 node quadrilateral isoparametric elements and numerical extrapolated method. The important roles of oil pressureand the friction between the crack faces and crack geometry are discussed.Then Way's hypothesis—the generation of pits results from the oil hydraulic pressure—has been verified in more details.
