摘要
基于对大件热处理销—轴型吊挂工装的均布载荷、两点载荷及最大载荷的受力分析 ,综合考虑了销轴的抗弯强度、抗剪应力和吊挂工艺头轴颈抗拉强度等影响因素的计算和选择 ,用计算机进行了参数的优化设计 ,最后得到了简明精确的技术参数设计公式 ,与生产经验取值相比较 ,节约了钢材 ,又便于实际生产中应用 ,具有较大的经济及社会效益。
A mechanical analysis is made of the hosting axle suspending equipment for the large components heat treatment.With various influencing factors considered, the bending strength, shear strength and tensile strength are calculated,and the optimization design of the parameters is conducted through nonlinear regression analysis and fitting of the curve by use of the computer,then a concise formula for designing the parameters is obtained.The formula can be used in practical production conveniently,and as a result, a great deal of steel material can be saved in comparison with the experiential data of the parameters.
