新试剂7-(苯并噻唑-2-偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸的合成及其与钴的光度分析

摘要 本文报导了新试剂7-(苯并噻唑-2-偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸的合成及其与钴的光度分析情况。结果表明,在PH2.80-4.10,乳化剂OP存在下,测钴的灵敏度为ε=5.1×10~4。Co^(2+)浓度在0~7ug/25ml内符合比耳定律。 The synthesis and analytical properties of the titled reagent have been reported. The conditions for the spectrophotometric determination of Co using the reagent have been studied. The complex has maxium absorption at 582 nm and the molar absorptivity is 5.1×10~4. The range of acidity is PH 2.8—4.1. Some samples have been determined with satisfactory reaults using this reagents.
