摘要
本文根据图论原理,作工序尺寸树和工序尺寸的连枝,由树枝和一条边枝构成一条基本回路。基本回路集,则为零件机械加工工艺过程尺寸联系的数学模型。从而得出尺寸链图的关联矩阵,由计算机自动生成基本回路矩阵,查出全部尺寸链,确定全部尺寸链方程式。
According to the principles of graph theory, the tree and connecting ramifications are formed by the auther. A basic circuit is made up of the branches and an edge ramification. Sets of the basic Circuit form the mathematical model of the connections among operational sizes in manufactuing process, and the relation matrix is then presented. By using of computers, the basic circuit matrix is formed automatically, all of the size chains are found and all of the equations of size chains are determined.
