摘要
本文的目的是从米糠脂质中制取磷脂。我们利用新鲜的米糠油作原料,获得了很好的结果,提取率为米糠油的1.32%,磷脂含磷量4.6%(以五氧化二磷计),HLB(亲水亲油平衡)值为7。
The aim of this paper is to extract Phosphatide from lipoids of ricd bran. We utilized freshrice bran oil as materials, obtained very good result, extraction rate 1.32% of rice bran oil. phosphatide phosphoratde amount 4.6% (P_2O_5%).
