汽液混合物进料精馏理论级M-T法图解修正

摘要 本文指出汽液混合物进料二元精馏理论级M-T法图解应考虑进料段操作线,按多股进料方式进行,可看作两股进料精馏的特例。混合物中汽、液流股最佳引入位置,分别为跨过q_(VF)线及q_(LF)线相邻的两个阶梯。这样绘制的理论级比传统的M-T法图略少,因此传统的M-T法需进行修正。 This paper indicates that the operating line of feed section must be considered during the graphical solution of ideal stages by McCabe-Thiele method in a binary rectification of partially vaporized mixture feed. The ideal stages are plotted according to nultiple feeds, and this diagram is considered as a special case of two feeds reclification. The vapor and liquid streams of the mixture are introduced to separate but contiguous stages Which straddle the q_(VF)linc and the q_(LF)line, respectively. The number of ideal Stages given by this method is smallish as compared with traditional McCabe-Thiele method, therefore the traditional MeCabe-Thiele method should be modifided.
