摘要
本文从理论上证明并抽样统计验证了任意方向位置度误差服从瑞利分布;证明了形位测量误差服从正态分布;以《检测规定》为依据,论述了形位误差分布规律与检测方案无关。
The paper has proved theoretically and verified statistically by sampling that the distribution of the position error in arbitrary direction is Rayleigh Distribution. It also has given a proof of that the distribution of the measuring error in the measurement of geometrical errors is Nor mal Distribution and expounded that the distribution law of the geometrical errors is independent of the measuring method, on the basis of the national standard, 《The Stipulation for the Measurement of the Geometrical Tolerances》.
