摘要
利用壳型铸造技术代替精锻 ,可保证伞齿轮齿面精度 .用合金贝氏体球铁代替 2 0 Cr Mn Ti合金钢 ,经过铸造、热处理和机加工 ,研制生产泰山— 1 2差速、半轴伞齿轮 .产品达到尺寸、材质、精度要求 ,减少设备投入 ,简化生产工艺 ,降低了生产成本 .
The finish forging is substituted with the shell moulding technology; and then the precision fo bevel gear tooth surface is assured. The 20CrMnTi alloy steel was replaced by alloy bainite ductile iron. With casting, thermal treatment and machine finishing the size quality and precision of the Taishan-12 type bevel gear is meet the demand. The imput for machinary and the prodcution cost have been reduced.
