朝汉电子词典是在 windows98环境下 ,采用 Microsoft Access创建词汇库 ,利用 Visual C++开发人机交互界面来实现的 ,该词典具有朝汉互译查询功能 ,并附加了学习功能 .

In this article the author discusses the design of Korean Chinese electronic dictionary using Microsoft Access97 for establishing the word database and using visual C ++ for completing the design of interactive interface between man and machine. In order to make the system more practical, we also add the study function to the dictionary. This design is based on windows98.
