摘要
针对水泥分解炉进行系统的煤粉着火实验研究 ,是提高分解炉燃烧效率 ,改善运行工况至关重要的问题。为全面了解分解炉工况下煤粉的着火过程 ,采用失重分析法 ,对煤粉的着火方式进行研究 ,进而对煤的低温燃烧着火机理进行讨论。结果表明 :煤粉在低加热速度、低温燃烧条件下 ,无烟煤是非均相着火 ,贫煤是非均相 -均相联合着火 ,烟煤有均相。
It is key problem that ignition experiment of coal are studied to improve the moving condition and combust efficiency of the cement precalciner. In order to know well the combust process of coal in the precalciner, this paper studied the ignition manner by weight loss analysis, and then the ignition mechanism of coal in low temperature condition was discussed. The results show that anthracite is heterogeneous, half soft coal is heterohomogeneous ,and sofe coal is homogeneous or heterohomogeneous.
